- When is my card charged?Only the deposit is charged on reservation. The remaining balance is captured 48 hours before dispatch — you'll be notified before we charge.
- Can I cancel my pre-order?Yes, anytime before we capture the balance. Your deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method within 3 business days.
- What if the release date slips?We pass updates from the manufacturer the moment we get them. If a drop slips more than 60 days, you can keep your spot or cancel with full refund.
- How is allocation enforced?Each drop has a hard cap. Once reserved, your unit is removed from the pool — guaranteed at the early-bird price even if MSRP rises before launch.
