Terms of Service

The rules of the vault — written in plain English wherever possible.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using bricko.toys you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have legal guardian consent, to purchase, consign, or sell on Bricko.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

3. Products & Authentication

All collectibles sold by Bricko are inspected and authenticated by our in-house team prior to listing.
Every authenticated item ships with a signed Bricko Authentication Certificate and a unique vault ID.
If an item is ever determined to be inauthentic, we issue a full refund regardless of time elapsed — see Returns & Refunds.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of GST.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock unavailability
Payment is processed at the time of order by our PCI-DSS Level 1 partner. Pre-orders are charged at the time of allocation.

5. Shipping & Risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

All shipments are sent with signature required parcel — see Shipping policy for regional rates and times.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible returns must be opened within 14 days of confirmed delivery and follow the process at /support/returns.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of re-inspection clearance.

7. Consignment

Consignment is governed by the Bricko Consignment Agreement signed during submission.
Commission rates are published at /consign/pricing and apply to the final sold price.

Items unsold after 90 days are returned free of charge or relisted, at your discretion.

8. Vault Membership

Membership benefits, fees, and tiers are described at /membership and may be revised with 30 days’ notice.
Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to bypass authentication, submit counterfeits, or use bots/scrapers without written permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All Bricko Toys trademarks, photography, and editorial content are owned by The Lucky Horse Pty Ltd.

Third-party brand names (LEGO®, Hot Wheels®, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Bricko Toys is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with these brands.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bricko’s total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
